Joe "J-Lau" Lauzon (pronounced Low-zon) recently participated in the co-main event at the UFC 155 event on December 29th. And although he lost by a close decision to Jim Miller, his face and head looked like he took on about 5 guys at once. And he was cool enough to document everything and shared it with us. You need to see this.

Joe Lauzon has always been one of my favorite fighters. From the first time I ever saw him on season 5 of The Ultimate Fighter until now, he's always been a guy I find so easy to root for. He was this computer geek IT guy who also happened to be a stud at Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He has worked hard over the years and has improved his game, and now he's a no-brainer for the UFC. He's never been flashy or fancy or cocky. He's just a goofy looking kid with big ears who usually steals the show every time he fights. Win or lose, he always puts on an exciting fight...what else could you ask for? If you get a chance, go back and watch his fights...I'm sure you'll be cheering for him too.

Lauzon actually made several video blogs leading up to his bout at UFC 155...and I encourage you to watch all of them when you get a chance. It's great to see what goes in to preparing for a fight on a UFC ppv card, and it lets you see Lauzon outside of the cage as well.

This final video blog is a bit long, but I think it is definitely worth your time. If you'd like to see blogs 1-4 you can find them on Joe Lauzon's YouTube channel (I'm a subscriber).
