Trapt, ‘Headstrong’ (Acoustic) – Exclusive Song Premiere

Trapt are ready to unleash 'The Acoustic Collection' in September, and they're teaming up with Loudwire to bring you this exclusive premiere of the unplugged version of their biggest hit, 'Headstrong' (listen above).

The track first put Trapt on the musical map, as the song skyrocketed straight to No. 1 on both the Modern Rock and Mainstream Rock charts. From there, the doors opened for Trapt, who have delivered a steady stream of hard rock radio hits over the past decade.

Frontman Chris Taylor Brown says, "This album is such a refreshing departure from the sounds that our fans have come to expect from us. I think everyone will be pleasantly surprised. The organic nature of acoustic instruments lends themselves well to our songs, as most start out on acoustic guitar."

Brown adds that after years of playing special acoustic sets for radio stations and receiving requests from fans, they're thrilled to have fulfilled the wishes to have recorded an unplugged collection.
