The world of rock is still reeling from the news of Chris Cornell's suicide. Chris may be gone, but his voice will live on forever. Here are my 5 favorite Chris Cornell videos.

#1 Say Hello 2 Heaven

I have always loved Chris Cornell's voice. There isn't another like it. He and Eddie Vedder have two of the most recognizable and iconic voices of gen-X in my opinion. While not the original Temple of the Dog official music video, I especially love this video of Chris performing the track live.

#2 Black Hole Sun

While I will admit that Black Hole Sun is not my favorite representation of Chris Cornell's vocal prowess, I think it would be a grave error in judgement to omit the song when talking about my top 5 videos. Nothing spoke of the 90s quite like the video for Black Hole Sun.

#3 Cochise

In the world of post-90s rock, Chris Cornell was still owning the airwaves and in 2002, Audioslave delivered unto the world Cochise.

#4 Tangerine

While not an original song for him, Tangerine is one of my all time favorite songs from the decades of rock gone by and I feel like Chris really nails the emotion that Jimmy Page was feeling when he wrote the song. This particular video is from 2011 in New Jersey.

#5 Nothing Compares 2 U

My last one is another cover. Made popular by Sinead O'Connor, the song was actually written by Prince. Chris Cornell's soulful voice paired with the song perfectly to induce chills. It certainly seems surreal to think that he's gone.
