Join us for the Burdette BBQ, Bands & Brew on Saturday, September 28 from 1:00pm to 8:00pm!
- At 1pm the festivities will start at Burdette Park Pavilion. We will have all of your favorite summer activities in one big event!
- Barbecue Competition: Teams will compete for top prize of $600.00 in each of 3 categories: Ribs, Pulled Pork, Chicken.
- A Peoples Choice winner will also be awarded 350.00 - At 3 pm you can join in the judging by purchasing a $7.00 tasting cup and making the rounds! Funds from the tasting will benefit St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
- The music kicks off at 1:30pm on the pavilion stage with bands playing until 8:00pm! Besides tasting the barbecue there will also be “Festival” style Food Vendors. The Music Festival Schedule is: 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm – No Curfew 2:45 pm – 4:15 pm – The Honey Vines 4:30pm – 6:00 pm – Blind Dog Gatewood & Ryan Rigdon BBQ Winner Announcements 6:30 pm – 8:00pm
