The hustle and bustle of city life got you down? How would you like to own your own town?

Located just off of Interstate 80 in Wyoming, the town of Buford is currently up for sale by its current mayor/owner/lone resident. After 20 years of living in the town, Don Sammons says its time to move on.

The town is located between Cheyenne and Laramie, and was founded in 1860. It once housed more than 2,000 residents. That was before the Transcontinental Railroad was rerouted, and business went elsewhere.

Well every business except The Buford Trading post, which is included in the sale. Also included is five buildings (with a three-bedroom home), Postal boxes, three vehicles and plow.

And if that didn't send you sprinting to the bank to get cash to buy this place, you even get your own zipcode (82052). Which will make you look like a boss when you post that on Facebook.

The town is also at an elevation of 8,000 feet which makes it the 'highest' town on Interstate 80 (stoners, take note).

The town will be sold in an auction next month and is expected to go for around $100,000.
