The Thursday Thug is Today’s Friday Felon!

The Friday Felon this week only because my EPD contact was doing S.W.A.T training yesterday and didn't get to send the Thursday Thug info over.  So here he is today.

Charles Ezzard Cooper was busted for coke possesion, and then he most likely missed his court date or didn't report to his parole officer, 'cuz now he has a warrant to revoke probation.   So if you see this guy in your part of town, call 9-1-1 right away and let's get another Thug off the streets.
