Telltale’s Game of Thrones Announced for 2014

Telltale will be busy in 2014, as the developer has just announced it will bring an all-new Game of Thrones video game to life based on the HBO show.

The developer was tight lipped on just what the story would be and whether or not actors/characters from the show would appear in its adaptation. There is room for some new tales to be told in the world of HBO's Westeros, but the overall narrative is fairly set in stone. That said, it would be interesting to explore the rest of the world beyond the Starks, Targaryens and Lannisters.

No gameplay was shown, but we're eager to see just what Telltale's episodic adventure looks like when it arrives next year.
