Take the Kids to Willard Library to Decorate a Reusable Treat Bag for Halloween

Grab your little ghosts and goblins and head to Willard Library October 24th from 4-5 pm. The kids will be able to decorate a reusable treat bag that they can use for years to come when they head out trick or treating! While the event is free and open to the public, you are asked to register in advance. Willard Library is locate at 21 North First Avenue.
