At some point in your life, you have planned the perfect heist. We’re talking Ocean’s 11 big. If not, then you must be a lot like Timothy Parker.
Parker, a West Virginia resident, was captured on video raiding a local store. After he stashed his loot, Parker then hopped in the fastest thing, he could find, to get away from the scene. Nope, just playing, the idiot planned his getaway on a motorized wheelchair.
Parker was nabbed later and charged with breaking and entering. All the merchandise was recovered, and the wheelchair was towed away.
Is there anyway to get video of him retrieving his ‘getaway vehicle’ from the impound lot, after he gets out of jail?
