All good things must come to an end. As GOP candidates were picked off like American Idol contestants this year, SNL was ready to bid them a goodbye.

The show's saving grace came in the form of Jack White of the White Stripes.  He took the stage and was all eclectic and stuff.  He performed two songs(“Love Interruption” and “Sixteen Saltines"), both of which you can watch after the jump.

There were some good sketches and some that went way, way too long.  Typical modern SNL.  The Digital Short stuff is normally good for at least a mild chuckle.

This is from this week's Saturday Night Live with Ben Stiller as the host.  I made it through the monologue before blinking and the sun was up.  I'm old, what can I say.  However, through the magic of the interwebz and them DVR doohickeys...we can watch stuff anytime we want.  This spoof takes a different approach than the one I posted on about a week ago.

Only this time, it was a little different. Thanks to a devious flesh ray, the ambiguously gay Ace and Gary were transformed into humans, played by none other than Jon Hamm and Jimmy Fallon.
