'Neighbors' not only opened at number one at the box office, it derailed its super-powered competition so dramatically that it may be difficult for it to fully recover.

'Neighbors,' the new comedy starring Seth Rogen and Zac Efron, doesn't hit theaters until May 9, but early buzz is already pegging this film as one of the funniest of the year, and that has not changed one bit with the arrival of the new 'Neighbors' red band trailer.
We've all had those neighbors that just grind on your last nerves, whether it's because they're loud, or have an obnoxious dog, or like this guy's neighbors, they're constantly "doing it". Yes this guy has gotten pretty annoyed with his neighbors being loud in the bedroom. But instead of getting mad, he creates what he calls "Thin Wall Challenges", and they're hilarious.
