Cinefix has done it again with this spectacular, 8-bt retelling of David Fincher’s neo-noir thriller, ‘Se7en’.
After ‘Kill Bill’, ‘The Avengers’ and even ‘Donnie Darko’, 8-bit Cinema released yet another classic film redone in an old school game format. ‘Se7en’ is David Fincher’s 1995 classic where Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman play two detectives in a city filled with urban decay. The two detectives investigate a serial killer whose MO is to murder his victims according to the seven deadly sins — that means one person gets killed in a way resembling gluttony, one victim is wraith, Gwyneth Paltrow’s head in a box, etc.
This amazing video depicts ‘Se7en’ as a dark, point-and-click adventure. The player investigates each crime scene just like Mills and Somerset did in the movie. We wonder how Cinefix would do David Fincher’s ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button’.
