The mission of the folks with TOUCH, INC is to provide support and non-medical financial assistance for people fighting through cancer and the associated treatments. This Saturday you have the opportunity to support this most worthy cause at the annual "Twilight on the Trail" event.

The type of assistance TOUCH provides is explained by the name itself, TOUCH, which is an acronym for Transportation, Out of pocket, Utilities, Child care and Housing. Find out more about this organization, or make a donation any time at IndianaTouch.org.

This year's "Twilight on the Trail" is a day-long event full of family friendly activities - all taking place at the Old Lock and Dam Park in Newburgh. The day gets started with the Blue Ribbon River Run with the Evansville Cancer Center. The official Twilight on the Trail Family Day follows the race and will include, among other things, an appearance from the Boom Squad! The evening event is set to start around 5pm with live music, plus food and drinks (even adult beverages).

Sandy Feltz, from TOUCH, Inc, stopped by to talk more about the event. Take a few minutes to listen to our conversation, as she breaks down everything scheduled to take place on Saturday.
