Well leave it up to the guy who played Borat to cause one of the best moments in Oscar history, embarrassing the hell out of Ryan Seacrest.

Sacha Baron Cohen was originally going to be banned from the Oscars if he came dressed as his latest character. In 'The Dictator', Cohen plays Admiral General Aladeen from the fictional Republic of Waydiya.

The Academy of Motion Pictures back down on its ban, but Cohen immediately made them regret that decision. After showing up decked in full dictator gear, along with female body guards and an urn containing Kim Jon Il's 'ashes'.

Those ashes were then spilled on Ryan Seacrest during a pre-Oscar interview. The E! network host was obviously flustered and Cohen was rushed off.

Personally I'm going to have to be skeptical, after the infamous Cohen incident at the MTV Video Music Awards involving Eminem. That turned out to be nothing more than a publicity stunt that was staged for Cohen's latest movie at that time, Bruno.
