Wooo-wooo, vroom, vroom!  The 2013 S.M.I.L.E. on Down Syndrome Trucks and Heroes event will give you and the kids a chance to see, up-close and personal, some of the Tri-State's biggest and most fun trucks and vehicles.  Plus you can meet some of our finest police, fire, medical and military heroes!

While you're enjoying the trucks and heroes, you'll also be helping to raise funds that support S.M.I.L.E. on Down Syndrome, an organization committed to providing a network of support services to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, social and educational needs of people of all ages with Down syndrome.  The event is free, but a donation of non-perishable food items will be accepted to help stock area food pantries.

Want to raise money during this event?  Funds are raised through corporate sponsorships, which are tax deductible.  Click here to find out more about corporate sponsorships.

Trucks and Heroes is Saturday, July 13 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the parking lot of Deaconess Gateway Hospital.  The first hour will be siren-and-lights-free.
