2018 marks the third anniversary of Logan Brown's death after the car he was riding in on University Parkway near USI was struck by a drunk driver. The foundation his father Charles founded in his honor shortly thereafter, Logan's Promise, will celebrate his life, and those of others who have been taken far too soon as a result of drinking and driving, during their annual Walk to Remember on Sunday, March 11th.

This will be the fourth walk since Logan's passing. The inaugural walk took place a couple of months after his death in May of 2015, and has been held every March since.

As always, this year's walk will begin at West Terrace Elementary School at 8000 West Terrace Drive on Evansville's west side. The event will begin at Noon and will feature lunch and a silent auction, followed by the 5K run/walk at 2:00 p.m.

Registration is open to all ages and skill levels, and is available online for $25 per person until March 1st at 11:59 p.m. The price increases beginning March 2nd, however how much of an increase is not listed on the registration form as of this writing.

Entry fee includes a t-shirt and lunch. All proceeds from the entry fees and silent auction will benefit the Logan Allen Brown Scholarship Fund which awards scholarships to "college-bound high school seniors based on demonstrated academic achievement, and and to those who express interest in fighting against Drinking and Driving."
