Not only is it cool that Rami Malek graduated from the University of Evansville, but he's now up for a Golden Globe for his portrayal of the late Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody.

Rami Malek was nominated for the "Best Actor in a Motion Picture Drama" category.  He goes up against Bradley Cooper for his role in A Star is Born, John David Washington for his role in BlackkKlansman, Lucas Hedges for his role in Boy Erased, and Willem Dafoe for his rol in At Eternity's Gate.  So he definitely has some stiff competition! The movie Bohemian Rhapsody is also nominated for the category "Best Motion Picture-Drama."

So what do you think?  Should the Golden Globe go to Rami Malek, or do you think one of these others actors deserve it?  As a lover of rock n roll, it'd be awesome to see Rami take home the Golden Globe, but I think no matter which way it goes, each one of these actors have done a job well done!

Guess we will find out for sure who will win on January 6th during the Golden Globes!
