Rachel has spent nearly half of her life in rescue. She is approximately 45 pounds and came into the shelter on March 23, 2014. Here is what PC Pound Puppies have to say about Rachel:

Rachel has spent about 1/2 of her life in the shelter. But she knows that there are better things out there. She would love to have her own person to love her. She was housetrained at one time and crate trained so she might need a refresher. Rachel would like to meet your dog before making a permanent commitment and would need to be introduced slowly. She would shine as a single dog. She shies away from most men and small children.
