My friend and co-worker Ashley sent me this little quiz about how many iconic rock concerts have you been to.  Well, go ahead and take that quiz if you like, but many of the bands listed are hardly iconic (Soul Asylum, Everclear, Poison and Primus to name a few). I"m talking true iconic, influential bands here my friend.

It's not my list that it's important on "Phone Topic Tuesday", it's what you have to say that makes the show fun to listen to.  And remember, everyone's definition of an 'icon' varies slightly, so call me today between 2p-5p during Phone Topic Tuesday and answer the burning question of the day..."What's The Most Iconic Band You've Seen In Concert?"  My number is 1-888-900-WGBF.  Hope to hear from you!

Here are some of my favorite answers from Facebook:

Elaine Memmer Windberg the Ramones! Johnny actually bled briefly during the set.

Tabby Weaver For me it was tesla. I mean ive seen a lot of shows, but tesla was one I am most proud of getting to see. They were a top fave of my childhood. It was awesome to finally get to see them live. Great night.

Elaine Memmer Windberg i saw Alice Cooper in Phoenix once, but he was picking up his golf clubs from baggage claim

Paul Robinson The Beatles

Randy Land Pro I feel like "iconic" and "best or favorite" aren't necessarily the same. U2 was iconic, but not as good of a show as Muse...

Mike 'Sandman' Sanders Randy Land Pro I would agree. Iconic doesn't equal favorite.

Wendy Byrne Lynrd Skynrd live was the last concert I went to with my dad back in 98 before we lost him last year to stage four lung cancer

Tony Skinner Led Zeppelin of course

Katie Madison Chuck Gee, you know someone's an icon when on every birthday they spark one up at your grave site. Every year at 4:20 pm in Seattle everyone goes to pay respects at the grave of Jimi Hendrix. His house still stands across the street. He's a true legend.

Stacy Hardin ...Never Been Caught at Eddy's.
