Since November, AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd has been wrapped up in serious legal issues. Though currently facing charges of "threatening to kill" along with meth and marijuana possession, Rudd claims that he will be returning to AC/DC.

Rudd's place in AC/DC has been in question ever since fans noticed he was missing from a new press photo of the band. The drummer was also unable to make the music video shoots for 'Rock or Bust' and 'Play Ball.'

"I'm going back to work with AC/DC and I don't care who likes it or who doesn't," Rudd proclaims in a ONE News interview -- his first since the charges against him were made public. “This has just been a big ball of cheese and all the rats are gathering and having a piece, that’s just life, but that’s not who I am.”

The original charge against Rudd, attempting to procure a murder, was quickly dropped before the drummer was hit with threatening to kill charges instead. Regardless, Rudd calls the allegation "ludicrous." "Everyone listens to the wrong people," says Rudd. "They should listen to me. I'm a good guy, and I'm a pretty good drummer, by the way. Ask Angus [Young]. He'll tell you … I want my job back, I want my reputation back and I'm gonna get it back. I'm gonna f--king take it back."

AC/DC have yet to make an official decision on their future with Rudd, although Angus Young recently stated, "That guy needs to sort himself out."
