Video game fans have been anxiously awaiting the release of 'Call of Duty: Black Ops II,' which hits shelves tomorrow (Nov. 13). It was previously announced that Avenged Sevenfold's song 'Carry On' would be part of the game's soundtrack, but now we've learned the band makes an appearance in the game, as well.
Fozzy, 'Sandpaper'
Fozzy treated Los Angeles fans to a show at the Roxy Sept. 27. Right before the band began to play the single 'Sandpaper' from their latest album, 'Sin & Bones,' the crowd was surprised by Avenged Sevenfold singer M. Shadows, as he took the stage with Fozzy to perform guest vocals (watch below).

Avenged Sevenfold have kept a fairly low profile this year but they did find some time to contribute a new track for the latest edition in the 'Call of Duty' video game series. The new Avenged Sevenfold tune ‘Carry On’ will be featured in 'Call of Duty: Black Ops II' due out on Nov. 13. Fans don’t have to wait that long to hear the new song though - listen below.

Avenged Sevenfold has to be one of my favorite bands, and every one of their shows here in Evansville has been absolutely amazing. Its also still tough to accept that Jimmy 'The Rev' Sullivan is no longer with us, after passing away two years ago.
