Visitors to this year's Fall Festival will notice a new addition to the long-running event as they stroll through the intersection of 12th Avenue and Franklin Street.

During a press conference Friday afternoon, 2017 Fall Festival Publicity Chairman, Jeremy Melton, flanked by 2017 Fall Festival Chairman, Rob Waller, and West Side Nut Club President, Mark Stansberry, announced the main stage which hosts the nightly talent competition, as well as other events through the week, will have an all new look thanks to funding by the Bosse Family Foundation.

Gone is the green and yellow boxed stage. In it's place, a brand new green and white canopy attached to a rig allowing operators to raise and lower it each day. The new rigging will allow for an improved lighting system for the performers and far larger performance area for the week's activities.
