It’s the holiday season, and what better way to spend your free time than with some new streaming goodies courtesy of Netflix Instant? Whether your curled up with your loved ones or best buddies, or settling in for some much-need you time, Netflix has some awesome new movies and TV shows headed to Instant this December—from new releases to titles you’ve been meaning to catch up with, tis the season for binge-watching.

December 1

‘A Knight’s Tale’ (2001): Starring Heath Ledger, Mark Addy, and Rufus Sewell. After his master dies, a peasant squire, fueled by his desire for food and glory, creates a new identity for himself as a knight.

‘All Hail King Julien’ Season 1 (2014): Starring India de Beaufort, Danny Jacobs, and Michael Richardson. King Julien from the ‘Madagascar’ films gets his own wild and wonderful adventures in this brand new television series.

‘Almost Famous’ (2000): Starring Billy Crudup, Patrick Fugit, and Kate Hudson. A high-school boy is given the chance to write a story for Rolling Stone Magazine about an up-and-coming rock band as he accompanies it on their concert tour.

‘Bewitched’ (2005): Starring Nicole Kidman, Will Ferrell, and Shirley MacLaine. Thinking he can overshadow an unknown actress in the part, an egocentric actor unknowingly gets a witch cast in an upcoming television remake of the classic show ‘Bewitched.’

‘Crossroads’ (2002): Starring Britney Spears, Anson Mount, and Zoe Saldana. Three childhood best friends, and a guy they just met, take a road trip across country, finding themselves and their friendship in the process.

‘The Out of Towners’ (1999): Starring Steve Martin, Goldie Hawn, and John Cleese. The remake of the 1970 Neil Simon comedy follows the adventures of a couple, Henry and Nancy Clark, vexed by misfortune while in New York City for a job interview.

‘Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion’ (1997): Starring Lisa Kudrow, Mira Sorvino, and Janeane Garofalo. Two women get into a lot of trouble when they go to their high school reunion and lie about their lives after twelfth grade.

‘Troop Beverly Hills’ (1989): Starring Shelley Long, Craig T. Nelson, and Betty Thomas. A Beverly Hills housewife in the midst of a divorce tries to find some focus by taking over her daughter’s Wilderness Girl troop.

‘Turbo Fast’ Season 1 (2013):  Following his epic win in the hit animated film, Turbo’s human companion builds the miniature world of Starlite City for Turbo and his pals to live and race in.

December 6

‘American Horror Story: Coven’ (2013): Starring Jessica Lange, Frances Conroy, and Sarah Paulson. The third season of the anthology series focuses on the young women at a storied New Orleans school for witches as they vie for the title of Supreme.

‘Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues’ (2013): Starring Will Ferrell, Christina Applegate, and Paul Rudd. With the 70s behind him, San Diego’s top rated newsman, Ron Burgundy, returns to take New York’s first 24-hour news channel by storm.

December 11

‘The Village’ (2004): Starring Joaquin Phoenix, Sigourney Weaver, and William Hurt. The population of a small, isolated countryside village believe that their alliance with the mysterious creatures that inhabit the forest around them is coming to an end.

‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ (2013): Starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill, and Margot Robbie. Based on the true story of Jordan Belfort, from his rise to a wealthy stock-broker living the high life to his fall involving crime, corruption and the federal government.

December 12

‘Marco Polo’ Season 1 (2014): Starring Chin Han, Mahesh Jadu, and Shu An Oon. In a world replete with greed, betrayal, sexual intrigue and rivalry, ‘Marco Polo’ is based on the famed explorer’s adventures in Kublai Khan’s court in 13th century China.

‘Broadchurch’ Season 1 (2013): Starring Olivia Colman, David Tennant, and Jodie Whittaker. The murder of a young boy in a small coastal town brings a media frenzy, which threatens to tear the community apart.

December 18

‘The Honourable Woman’ Season 1 (2014): Starring Maggie Gyllenhaal, Stephen Rea, and Lubna Azabal. Centers on Nessa Stein, a woman who inherits her father’s arms business and finds herself in a international maelstrom when as she continues to promote the reconciliation between Israelis and Palestinians.

‘Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones’ (2014): Starring Andrew Jacobs, Jorge Diaz, and Gabrielle Walsh. After being “marked,” Jesse is pursued by mysterious paranormal forces, while his friends and family try to save him.

‘Dark Skies’ (2013): Starring Keri Russell, Jake Brennan, and Josh Hamilton. As the Barret family’s peaceful suburban life is rocked by an escalating series of disturbing events, they come to learn that a terrifying and deadly force is after them.

‘Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return’ (2014): Starring Lea Michele, Kelsey Grammer, and Dan Aykroyd. Dorothy wakes up in post-tornado Kansas, only to be whisked back to Oz to try to save her old friends the Scarecrow, the Lion, the Tin Man and Glinda from a devious new villain, the Jester.

‘Good People’ (2014): Starring James Franco, Kate Hudson, and Tom Wilkinson. Discovering a cache of cash in their dead tenant’s apt, a couple in debt take the money and find themselves the target of a deadly adversary—the thief who stole it.

‘Child of God’ (2014): Starring James Franco, Scott Haze, and Tim Blake Nelson. A dispossessed, violent man’s life is a disastrous attempt to exist outside the social order. Successively deprived of parents and homes and with few other ties, Ballard descends to the level of a cave dweller as he falls deeper into crime and degradation.

‘Labor Day’ (2013): Starring Kate Winslet, Josh Brolin, and Gattlin Griffith. Depressed single mom Adele and her son Henry offer a wounded, fearsome man a ride. As police search town for the escaped convict, the mother and son gradually learn his true story as their options become increasingly limited.

‘Behaving Badly’ (2014): Starring Nat Wolff, Selena Gomez, and Mary-Louise Parker. Teenager Rick Stevens has a crush on Nina Pennington. They form a friendship and embark on a rock n’ roll journey together while Nina deals with her overbearing boyfriend, Kevin.

‘I, Frankenstein’ (2014): Starring Aaron Eckhart, Bill Nighy, and Miranda Otto. Frankenstein’s creature finds himself caught in an all-out, centuries old war between two immortal clans.
