Multiple Indiana Bills Would Threaten Access to and Use of E-cigarettes

It's true.  The law has finally caught up with new technology.  E-Cigs, which allows a person to 'vape' is in danger of being clumped together under the law with cigarettes and smoking bans.  According to CASAA, The Consumer Advocates for Smoke-free Alternatives Association, there are a couple of bills being introduced into the Indiana House that call for 1) Higher taxation on Vapor products based on the amount of nicotine in the e-juice, and 2) A bill that alters the state’s definition of “smoking” to include “...inhalation or exhalation of vapors from an electronic cigarette.”
