Megadeth spent 2012 touring nonstop but now the legendary metal group is hard at work on its 14th album.

The band is working with producer Johnny K on the new record, and frontman Dave Mustaine gave Megadeth fans one heck of a Christmas message via Twitter by stating, “Three songs tracked and almost done. New Megadeth music is coming to getcha! Merry Christmas everybody!”

The new disc is set for a 2013 release, although a record label has yet to be announced, as Megadeth recently parted ways with Roadrunner Records.

Not only are Megadeth busy in the studio, Mustaine is getting a new studio in the new year. To go along with the move, Mustaine is offering some sweet equipment for sale via eBay. A post on their official Facebook page reads:

Dave Mustaine will be moving his studio, Vic's Garage in San Marcos, CA to a new location in the new year. There will be a huge clearance of studio gear and professional audio equipment available at Megadeth's official eBay store coming soon! There will also be guitars going up, and Dave Mustaine is considering offers on his Jackson No.1! Check out all the items currently up at the store. The store is stocked with rare and hard to find promotional items, photos, stage equipment, oddities, personal items, shirts, used strings, set lists, and much more! If you are looking for Megadeth, look no further!”
