EA Sports' Madden NFL 25 has already been put through the paces on current consoles, but this November, it's time to see what football looks like in the next generation.

While EA's NFL franchise has drawn criticism for not evolving enough over the past few years, the product has continued to impress die-hard fans. Those same fans should be more than satisfied with the upgrades coming in the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of Madden NFL 25.

As you can see in the footage above, the presentation has been ramped up considerably, and now EA can even render almost every single blade of grass individually. Of course, the players and stadiums also get some nice graphical upgrades, with more detailed uniforms and musculature being stand-outs. Things take a turn for the creepy when we get a look at facial models for some of the elite quarterbacks, but overall, we're pretty impressed with how Madden NFL 25 looks. Now we just have to hope it plays a lot better than the last time there was a console generation jump. The less we say about Madden 06, the better.
