Kickstarter Campaign for Sideshow Romance!

The "Kickstarter Campaigns" are becoming very popular as of late. You may remember a couple of weeks back I blogged about a "Kickstarter Campaign" for Sweet Betty's Bakery. The process is similar to fundraising for a charity. The difference is, you're giving to help a 'for' profit group get started. That is disclosed right up front. The money you donate is going to fund someone's dream. In this case, it's a "Kickstarter Campaign" for our friends Sideshow Romance.

They are a great hometown band that has done recording and touring, but they need to kick it up to the next level and it takes money to do that. Click here to find out more about Sideshow Romance's "Kickstarter Campaign".  Personally I wouldn't do this for just any band, and I won't in the future.

This is my way of saying thanks to Sideshow Romance for helping out 103GBF on several occasions and also my way of saying that I know these guys and think they have a chance to make it in the world if they can catch the right break.  They are commercially viable in terms of original material, and they are highly motivated people.  You can bet that they will make the most out of the money they raise.
