Indiana State Police Sergeant Reminds Motorists to Turn Headlights On In Rain

It has been a law for as long as I can remember yet, without fail you can find someone on the road in Indiana without their headlights on when it's raining. Headlights in the rain make you more visible to other motorists. Sergeant Todd Ringle recently took to Twitter to remind us to turn on our headlights when we turn on those wipers!
