Hellyeah will be down a member for the remainder of their European tour. Guitarist Tom Maxwell has bowed out of the run after breaking his foot in three places. It is not known how Maxwell suffered the injury, but the rocker will take the time from the rest of the tour to recover.

Luckily for Hellyeah, the band has two guitarists and Christian Brady is expected to handle "the guitar force" for the band on the remainder of the run. The band posted a message from drummer Vinnie Paul about Maxwell's absence on their Facebook page, complete with a photo of the guitarist's foot in a cast. Check it out below:

As stated in the post, Maxwell is expected to make a full recovery and will be back with the band when they play the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival in the U.S. later this month. The trek launches June 26 in Chula Vista, Calif.

In addition to Hellyeah, the main stage of Mayhem Fest will feature Slayer, King Diamond and The Devil Wears Prada. Meanwhile, Whitechapel, Shattered Sun, Jungle Rot, Sister Sin and more will play the festival's Victory Records Stage. For dates and ticketing details, click here.
