Harrison College, a private sector college serving more than 4,500 students at 14 campuses in Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina and Online, will celebrate its 110th anniversary by hosting “The Harrison College Connection” – an open house, career fair, and networking event – at its Evansville Campus this evening from 4:00pm – 6:00pm.

The event is open to the public, and admission is free of charge. The campus is located at 4601 Theater Drive Evansville, IN 47715.

Job seekers will have the opportunity to submit applications with 20 plus area businesses that will be on hand for the event. Representatives from WNIN, Manpower, Vectren, American Red Cross and more are expected to attend.

Harrison College, formerly known as Indiana Business College, first opened its doors in Marion, Ind. in 1902. The college has operated in Evansville since 1994. Harrison College currently offers bachelor’s degrees, associate’s degrees, certificates, and diplomas in more than 40 programs across five schools of study (Business, Criminal Justice, Health Sciences, Information Technology, and Veterinary Technology). It also operates a culinary school, The Chef’s Academy, in Indianapolis and Raleigh, N.C.

So opening our campus to the public for a networking event is the perfect way to celebrate this milestone.”
