Guess This Funky Sound and Win a Prize [Video]

Time to put on your thinking/creativity cap. I want to see if you can figure out what this "unique" sound is. I can't imagine anyone will get it right, but I will reward the most creative answer(s).

Let me give you a little more information that might help you form a guess. This audio/video was recorded while I was sitting in the 103GBF-150. I was getting ready to leave after finishing a live broadcast. And the item that is "making" the noise is something that most folks probably encounter on an almost-daily basis. How vague is that?

I'll also say this - the sound isn't necessarily that wacky or weird. What fascinated me was the fact that this sound came from doing what I was doing in the truck. It caught me way off guard, so I had to record it.

So, hopefully you'll watch/listen to the video and then leave a guess below. I'll be amazed if someone actually identifies what's going on.
