Show me someone who doesn't think fireworks are awesome, and I'll show you someone who doesn't love America, and freedom, and gun powder. But as awesome as they are, fireworks can also be pretty damn dangerous.

Kids love them, and men feel extra manly setting them off. But the goal is always to have fun, not end up in the hospital. Despite all the videos out there showing knuckleheads getting blown up (like the compilation below)...there are new knuckleheads each year that do really stupid stuff with fireworks.

That's where the professionals at MARK'S FIREWORKS come in. They are kind enough to offer a FREE fireworks safety session this Saturday at the Vanderburgh Co. 4-H Fairgrounds. The Fireworks Safety sessions start at 7pm and will teach you how to put on a safe backyard show. Mark’s Fireworks is offering free giveaways to the first 100 people. A huge fireworks demo will follow.
