The Four Freedoms Veteran's Parade will be taking place along Franklin Street this Saturday. This year's parade will feature Six local "Rosie The Riveters" as the Grand Marshals for the event.

There will be 6 original Evansville Rosie’s in the parade to represent the 1000’s that worked tirelessly to build needed supplies for the war including airplanes and ships. Ladies fulfilled what would have normally been male roles in the manufacturing plants while the men were fighting the war.

Here are the local "Rosie the Riveters" that will participate in this year’s veterans parade.
