After years of being a staple in the tri-state, it seems as if the Sears in Washington Square Mall is closing.

Sears company as a whole has been struggling the last few years, however it has been confirmed that the Evansville Sears will be closing.

44 News confirmed on their website, that they talked with an employee, and the news was released today. According to their article, it looks like Sears will be closing in April.
