In an effort to add speed to the roster, the Evansville IceMen acquire Forward Prab Rai from the Stockton Thunder of the ECHL for future considerations while returning Ben Warda to Peoria.

Rai joins the roster just in time to make the weekend road trip to Cincinnati tonight, and Toledo tomorrow. The 24-year-old Surrey, British Columbia, Canada native who was drafted in the 5th round (131st) overall by the Vancouver Canucks, played four games with the Thunder this year scoring a goal and chalking up an assist.

His previous experience includes a stint with the Seattle Thunderbirds of the WHL where he posted three consecutive 60 plus point seasons, including 41 goals in the 2009-10 season. He moved to the Kalamazoo Wings of the ECHL from 2011-2013, posting a career best six points in 24 games during the 2011-12 season.

Tonight's game (11/21/14) at Cincinnati can be heard here on ESPN Evansville 105.3 beginning at 6:20 p.m., and coverage of tomorrow's game at Toledo beginning at 6 p.m.
