Seventh pro season and his second with the IceMen. The 2011-12 season may have been his best-ever in his pro career. Achieved CHL All-Star honors as well as claiming the circuit’s scoring crown among all CHL defensemen with 47-points on 12-goals, 35-assists. His 16-PPA ranked runner-up among the CHL blue line class and his 35-total assists and 181-SOG ranked #3 in both of those departments.  Rated #1 in 2-major categories in the CHL’s annual “Best of the Best Poll;” Best Offensive Defenseman and Best Bodychecker. Captured the IceMen team award for Best Defenseman, tying for the team’s top spot in goals for defense (12). His 6-PPG ranked #3 for the IceMen. Had stellar +4 rating in 6-3 verdict 11/19/11 at Missouri, matching the club’s single game best and his 10-SOG on 3/16/12 at Rapid City were foremost for one game. Among his 3-GWG was an OT/GWG 11/18/11 in a 2-1 home ice triumph over Missouri. Former 9th choice, 278th overall of the Vancouver Canucks in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. In 2008-09, with the IHL Muskegon Lumberjacks, enjoyed an outstanding season, finishing second in league scoring among the defense, collecting 53-points on 9-goals, 44-assists. Member of the 2006-07 UHL Colonial Cup Champions Rockford IceHogs, topping all league defensemen in playoff point-scoring with 17(2-11-13) During the regular season, had sterling +21 rating. Prior to pro career, was 4-year standout at St. Cloud State of the WCHA. Played 35-games in the ECHL with the Elmira Jackals in 2007-08. Pro career numbers: 349-games; 40-goals; 161-assists; 201-points; 375-PIM. Pro playoffs numbers: 49-games; 5-goals; 22-assists; 27-points; 53-PIM.
