Gorman & Associates is a looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager. This position will be working for a Custom Cabinet Maker, with a showroom in Evansville, IN. The ideal candidate must have proven Leadership Abilities, with industry experience preferred.

Job Purpose:

Serves customers by providing product and service information, and manages the day to day operations of the Evansville showroom.

Duties:

• Greet all potential customers as they enter the showroom.

• Build a relationship with each potential customer to establish them as a long-term customer.

• Tour customers around showroom to demonstrate some of the product options available.

• Help customers understand the countless custom options available.

• Manage existing sales staff.

Hours:

Monday-Saturday: day shifts.
