The first Deaconess Men's Health presentation of 2014 is tonight, and as usual, is completely FREE! Learn how to make "Small Changes" to make you healthier this year.

Now through October, Deaconess Hospital will host FREE monthly presentations with information on how Tri-State men can live a healthier and hopefully happier life. Tonight's event is entitled "One Small Change a Week" and like the name suggests will teach men some gradual changes that will help them be healthier and have a better quality of life. Don't try to take on too much and make extreme changes in your life. Take advantage of this more effective approach. Tonight's event is open to everyone, particularly men and perhaps the people that love their men.

The presentation will be held in Johnson Hall, which is located inside the Health Sciences Building on the Deaconess Hospital main campus. It will be hosted by Dr. Bill Smith who is a Family Medicine physician at Deaconess Clinic.

Registration is from 5p-5:30p. During that time you can enjoy some FREE food from Subway and you can sign up to win a pair of tickets to an Indianapolis Colts home game. The presentation will begin at 5:30pm.
