The Costa Concordia, the Italian cruise ship that crashed and resulted in the death of 32 people last year, was tipped upright on Monday.

The process was slated to take a maximum of 12 hours, but it wound up lasting 19. This video shows a time-lapse glimpse into the work.

What’s next for the Concordia? It will eventually be brought to port where parts will be scrapped.
