Contribute to Nicholas Belcher Memorial Fund

Tragedy struck a local family recently with news of the death of 20-year old Nicholas Belcher who was shot and killed as he was leaving a home on Evansville's west side. I didn't know Nicholas personally, but I do know his dad, Nick. He & I worked together years ago before I ever even thought to start a career in radio. Nick's son, Nicholas was only a couple of years older than my daughter. My heart is broken for their family. I cannot imagine the pain that they must be going through but I do know that the last thing they should have to be concerned with is paying for a funeral for their son. The funeral for Nicholas will be held on Saturday, March 10th at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel on Washington Avenue and will begin at 11am. Visitation will be held Friday, March 9th, 2p - 8p and on Saturday from 10a-11am.
