Children’s Museum of Evansville Hosts Discovery Dash and Birthday Bash

The Koch Family Children’s Museum of Evansville (cMoe) is ready to Dash and celebrate their 9th Birthday with a Bash! cMoe will host the Discovery Dash and Birthday Bash in Downtown Evansville on Saturday, September 26th from 8am-2pm.

Children age 12 and under are invited to participate in a foot and wheelchair race starting at the 4th and Main Park. This children’s race makes everyone a winner. Children are divided into age groups for the race, awarding a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophy in each division as well as a medal to all race participants. All 1st place winners will receive a gift card to Shoe Carnival! In addition to the races, attendees participate in the Health & Fitness Fair with fun activities for all ages, including an obstacle course and pre-race stretching.

Registration cost is $12 for members, and $15 for non-members. Children will receive a goody bag, t-shirt, and medal for participation. All registrations may be done online.

Help celebrate the museum’s 9th birthday with birthday-themed crafts/activities, archery with Evansville Archery, a mini-marital arts class with Ussery Martial Arts, birthday cake and more. All birthday activities are free with admission!
