Christopher Walken has to be one of the most impersonated celebrities right? Everybody's a got Walken impression. Some good...most not so good. Well, the comedy troupe POYKPAC have done a pretty fine job with their parody video 'The Walken Dead'.
Digging through the dreck that is Bravo! programming, you find the uber successful 'Real Housewives of...' franchise. It's "reality" tv of a bunch of spoiled chicks with no real world perspective arguing over things that are in no way important.
And it gets great ratings. Well, apparently there is a new version on the horizon.
Don't ask my why but this is my second 'Moneyball' related post in a week. I said don't ask!! Sorry...some wounds never heal.
This is from this week's Saturday Night Live with Ben Stiller as the host. I made it through the monologue before blinking and the sun was up. I'm old, what can I say. However, through the magic of the interwebz and them DVR doohickeys...we can watch stuff anytime we want. This spoof takes a different approach than the one I posted on about a week ago.
I have always been a big fan of 'Ren and Stimpy'...especially back in college...especially after partaking in certain activities. Their creator John Kricfalusi certainly has a unique style of animation.
Andy Rooney is a miserly, old curmudgeon...who is old. Hell, he was old when I was a kid 25 years ago. He has been a staple on 60 Minutes (that show your grandparents loved) for Lord knows how many years and is apparently retiring this week. What better way to send him out the door than to mash up some of his "get off my lawn" soliloquies to make him look silly?
