Sevendust, a band out of the Atlanta area are the frontrunners of the rock formula of very rough style vocals on the verse parts of the song, which later explode into a melodious chorus. It's my belief that they have influenced many bands in rock since Sevendust first hit the scene in 1994, while releasing the debut album in 1997

Dave Grohl is a man of many talents. Drummer for Nirvana, the band that almost single handedly destroyed 80's era poser hair bands Warrant, Poison and others. These days Dave's main gig has been as front man for his band Foo Fighters
Remember when the FBI included Juggalos in their National Gang Threat Assessment, thus effectively labeling the rabid followers of the clown rock band the Insane Clown Posse a gang? It turns out, they were mostly trying to bust the Juggalos for racketeering. It had *nothing* to do with their terrible outfits.
