It Takes A Village Canine Rescue, Inc. is an Indiana 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created because of the dire need regarding homeless animals in Evansville and the surrounding communities. It's grand opening is July 21, 3pm at 1417 Stockwell, right next to the Stockwell Inn
