Canine Carnival and Mardi Paws to Benefit It Takes A Village Canine Rescue Tomorrow!

To celebrate the one year anniversary of their grand opening, the Evansville chapter of It Takes A Village Canine Rescue is inviting the public out for an all day party!

Taking place at their offices on Stockwell Road, the Canine Carnival and Mardi Paws begins at 3pm and will feature food, a dog costume contest, pet photos, and a silent auction among the activities. The event is free to attend, however donations are welcome, and there will be a $5.00 cover charge for the beer garden taking place at the Stockwell Inn parking lot beginning at 7pm.

The day will also feature live music from Troy Miller, No Curfew, and Akacia, as well as a celebrity dunking booth where you'll have the opportunity to get a few local celebs soaking wet, including our own Kat Mykals from 4:00-4:30pm, for a small monetary donation to It Takes A Village.
