Billy Bolin Named Evansville Police Chief

Evansville mayor-elect Lloyd Winnecke announced this afternoon that police sergeant Billy Bolin will be the next chief of police.

Bolin is a native of Evansville and a Harrison High School graduate.

Billy is one of the coordinators behind 911 Gives Hope.

Sargent Chris Pugh was named assistant chief of police.
