I want to tell you about something that is very close to my heart. Raising money to help sick children. Here's more info about what we're doing and how you can help.

In 2009, 911 Gives Hope for The Holidays brought comfort and joy to children spending the holidays in local Hospitals. For three days, police officers, firefighters, and medics camped out at the Evansville Wal-Mart East parking lot to collect toys. Indispensable support was provided by Town Square Media and Henderson Chevrolet. The generous spirit of Tri-State residents filled a semi-trailer truck, and several pallets of toys were distributed to Deaconess, Deaconess Gateway, St. Mary’s, Methodist Henderson, Evansville Ronald McDonald House, and the State Children’s Hospital in Evansville.

This year, 911 Gives Hope For The Holiday’s will be held on December 3rd, 4th and 5th at the Evansville East Side Wal-Mart. Please stop by and donate a toy to help bring a smile to a sick kid this holiday season.
