The Associated Press released their weekly High School Football rankings late Tuesday evening, and when the dust settled, eight Tri-State high schools found themselves ranked in the top ten of their respective classes.

In Class 2A, Mater Dei was the lone team representing the area, jumping two spots to number three after a thrilling 44-42, come-from-behind win over Castle last Friday night.

Class 3A featured the most representatives from the area with Gibson Southern, Heritage Hills, Southridge, and Memorial all landing in the top ten at numbers one, six, nine, and ten, respectively.

In 4A, Reitz moved up a spot to number four after handling Memorial Friday night with a 43-12 win, while Central enters the top ten at number ten after their 49-28 win over Harrison who falls out of the top ten after sitting at number eight a week ago.
