3 Doors Down have earned a reputation as one of rock's more philanthropic bands, frequently stepping up over the years to help others with their Better Life Foundation which was founded not long after the success of the group's debut disc. Each year, the band has staged a Better Life Foundation benefit show in their home state of Mississippi and they're keeping the tradition alive for the 11th straight year.

This year's event will take place at the Horseshoe Casino in Tunica, Miss. on Nov. 15 and will be much more than just the average show. The event is sponsored by the Mississippi Army National Guard, with special VIP ticketing that includes a chance to meet the band, exclusive VIP merchandise offers, a photograph with the group and even the potential to sit onstage with the band during the show. The VIP pre-sale is currently underway, while the general public on sale for the show begins Friday, Oct. 10 at 10AM local time. For additional information, visit the band's website.

There will also be a "Ride for a Cause" motorcycle ride taking place on Nov. 15 leading up to the show in which riders will set off from Southern Thunder Harley-Davidson in Southaven, Miss., en route to the show. There will also be a raffle for a one-of-a-kind 2014 Citizen Soldier VII Harley-Davidson Street Glide FLH that's valued at over $35,000. And finally, there will also be a silent auction taking place at the hotel lobby during the day of the show, with signed items from the band, other artists and sports figures going on the block to raise funds for The Better Life Foundation's annual funding of aiding children in need of food, shelter and medical assistance.
