Every Thursday, 103GBF, in conjunction with the Evansville Police Department, brings you a feature we call the “Thursday Thug!” It’s the mug shot and warrant of a local criminal with a felony warrant. This week we welcome John David Graves. His warrant is for strong armed robbery and being a habitual offender. In other words, a true thug in every sense of the word.
